Review Results and Continue the Work
Agent output becomes part of the project's current standard only after human review. Keep review discussion in comments and questions, confirmed results in the document body, and executable follow-up work in Kanban.
Review before saving
Check that:
- the result belongs to the correct workspace and project
- it matches the project goal and scope
- facts, inferences, and proposals are separated
- it does not conflict with existing decisions
- its evidence can be located
- new questions and next actions are distinct
Before saving, separate the draft into evidence, items to confirm, open questions, and next actions.
Review with comments and questions
Use a regular comment for feedback and a question when an answer is required. Mention a person when a specific review or decision is needed.
Add the items that need answers as questions on this document and ask [reviewer] to review them.
A reply does not automatically resolve a question. Confirm the answer, apply any required change to the document or work item, and then resolve it.
Apply the reviewed result
Apply the reviewed result to the Project Context document and leave a comment describing what was handled.
After saving, confirm the document title and location, the changes, and the new version.
Create follow-up work
Create Kanban cards when a task needs an owner, due date, or review flow.
Turn the remaining next actions into Kanban cards and link the requirements document.
Assigning work to another person or approving their work changes their tasks and notifications. Confirm the target and result before the Agent performs those actions.
Check notifications and your work
Separate the notifications, open questions, and Kanban work that need my attention in this project.
Reading a notification does not complete the work. Open the related document, comment, or card and perform the required action.
Continue from a new session
Read the Project Context document for [project name] in [workspace name], then tell me the recent decisions, open questions, and next actions.
A project with a good handoff lets a new session understand the current state, find the necessary materials, and begin the next action without a long re-explanation.
Next step
Go to Organize Workspaces and Projects to manage collaboration boundaries and project materials.
