What is an AI credit?+

Credits are spent when you use AiNecto's AI features — ERD chat, generation, and assistant actions. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and you can buy top-up packs anytime: 3,500 for $5, 7,200 for $10, 22,000 for $30, or 75,000 for $100.

Is there really a free plan?+

Yes. Free includes 3 documents, 100 AI credits each month, MCP access, groups and filters, and view-only sharing — no credit card required.

Monthly vs yearly billing?+

Yearly billing is charged once a year. Pro is $144/year before discounts, and the first year is 50% off. You can switch billing periods anytime.

Can I change or cancel my plan?+

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
