What is an AI credit?+
Credits are spent when you use AiNecto's AI features — ERD chat, generation, and assistant actions. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and you can buy top-up packs anytime: 3,500 for $5, 7,200 for $10, 22,000 for $30, or 75,000 for $100.
Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. Free includes unlimited documents and projects, 10MB of storage, 100 AI credits each month, MCP access, groups and filters, and viewing shared documents — no credit card required.
How is Team priced?+
Team is $15 per seat per month, with a minimum of 2 seats. Storage grows by 5GB per seat and is shared across the workspace. AI credits are 600 per seat each month. For example: 2 seats $30/month · 10GB, 5 seats $75/month · 25GB, and 10 seats $150/month · 50GB. Members are managed as Owner, Editor, or Viewer, and the whole workspace is billed together.
Monthly vs yearly billing?+
Yearly billing is charged once a year. Pro is $144/year before discounts, and the first year is 50% off. You can switch billing periods anytime.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
