AiNecto is a digital SaaS service operated by Codelive, Inc.
Payments for AiNecto may be processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, payment-related support, and refund handling for applicable transactions.
1. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
Submitting a refund request within this 14-day period does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Refunds are reviewed and handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Country-Specific Consumer Rights
Some countries provide mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights for digital content or services. Where applicable law or Paddle’s Refund Policy provides a different mandatory refund or withdrawal period, that mandatory period will apply.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law or Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policy.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription through your account settings, the billing portal, or the link provided in your Paddle transaction email.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Paddle or required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or contact Paddle through its buyer support channels.

5. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, Paddle will generally process the refund to the original payment method where possible.
After a refund is processed, access to the related paid subscription or paid features may end.
